HCL Offboarding – PF TransferOut Process

After resigning from an organization the most critical part is to get the relieving letter and other related documents which will help you to get another job without any hiccups and along with that to get the PF amount transferred.

I am going to guide you through the process of transferring the PF amount from HCL Trust to your current organization's PF account.

HCL provides a portal (https://wf4.myhcl.com/MySeparation/Login/Ex-HCLitesLogin.aspx) so that ex-employee can log in and download important documents and also an employee can fill out the transfer application to transfer the PF amount. 


Below are the steps to fill out the application form.


Steps 1. Login to Offboarding Portal with your credentials - https://wf4.myhcl.com/MySeparation/Login/Ex-HCLitesLogin.aspx



Step 2. It will ask to submit OTP on the next page.





Step 3. After logging in to the portal. You will be landing on Employee Landing Page. There you can see an option for PF Portal highlighted in blue.



Step 4. Click on the PF Portal link and you will be redirected to a different portal where you can raise the transfer out or withdrawal application.



Step 5. Click on Transactions from the left-hand side panel and select anyone from TransferOut or Settlement option.


Step 6. After clicking on the TransferOut option you would be redirected to a page where you have to fill in all of your personal and current organization details.



Step 7. Follow the instruction on all 4 stages and submit the application. You would get a response probably within 5 days.


NOTE:- Before raising the request, please fill out Form 13 and get it attested by your current employer.
